The Formentera city council and Francesc Fàbregas started the first photographic festival about Formentera. They pretend to convert this festival in a open window to understand the beauty of the most beautiful Balearic island: the subject: “Learn to look”.

Francesc Fàbregas is a very important photographer who comes to Formentera every year during the last 30. He has a conversation with a friend oh him, Tino Soriano who is photographer of National Geographic, and they obtained a great idea.

8 teachers will teach 40 pupils in a master class in the beauty island of Formentera. The objective of this course is multiple: in one hand they pretend to convert the meeting in a chance to show the world the little secrets of Formentera, at the same time the pupils will learn incredible photography technics to become expert photographers, and for last instance the most important: learn how to look.

During 3 days the island was shoot by 40 special cameras, the cameras of the photographers who want to show us their look. Five pictures par competitor will be judged and exposed in Formentera.
