‘Holidays in paradise’, the contest of the year

Show us that you deserve more than anyone some rest days in one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Write a creative comment in our Facebook post ‘HOLIDAYS IN PARADISE ‘ telling why you deserve to win this ‘super gift’. You can win a trip to Formentera that includes plane tickets, ferry tickets, a scooter to move around the island and stay in an apartment for two people.

Contest Rules and Regulations:

1. Contest description

Contest begins December 1 of 2016 and ends January 31 of 2017.
This contest is organized by AQUABUS FERRY BOATS and is eligible for all entrants posting a comment to this post on Facebook: HOLIDAYS IN PARADISE.

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to entrants, 18 years or over at the time of posting the comment, from all over the world. Participants must have a Facebook account and follow @aquabusferryboats, and share this Facebook post ‘HOLIDAYS IN PARADISE’ on their personal profile.

3. Judging and notification

Entries will be prejudged and the most original comment will be selected by AQUABUS FERRY BOATS staff after the deadline. The winner will be notified by a direct message on Facebook and the winning comment will be shared in @aquabusferryboats with a mention to the winner.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time the award notification was sent, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. There will be a unique winner.

4. Prize and conditions of acceptance

The winner will be contacted by AQUABUS FERRY BOATS and will be asked to explicitly accept the prize and the terms and conditions.

The prize consists of:

• Return flight to Ibiza (from Madrid or Barcelona) for two people.
• Return tickets from Ibiza to Formentera on the Aquabus ferry for two people.
• Scooter to move around the island.
• Four nights in an apartment for two (only accommodation) in Formentera island.

The prize will be enjoyed during the second week of April 2017. The dates of the trip will be agreed between the winner and AQUABUS depending on the availability of flights and the apartment.
The reservation will be booked minimum 60 days in advance and it is subject to room and flights availability. The prize is non- transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Publicity release

The winner grants AQUABUS FERRY BOATS the right and permission to publicise, broadcast and use, worldwide and in any media, at any time or times, the winner’s full name, the winning comment and his condition as winner, for further reproduction and public communication without additional consideration, compensation, permission or notification. The winner is responsible for obtaining any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry in the manner set forth in these terms and conditions.

6. Comments

Inappropriate comments that contain but are not limited to using offensive, injurious, obscene, vindictive, illegal, indecent, immoral, aggressive, sexually oriented, racist, derisive, slanderous, discriminatory or any other element AQUABUS FERRY BOATS deems in its sole discretion to be otherwise unacceptable will be immediately removed and contestant will be disqualified.
By entering this contest, the entrant represents and warrants that the entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property.

7. Acceptance of Terms and Sponsor’s Reservation of Rights

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and Conditions.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions if the contest is compromised by fraud or misconduct. In the event of modification, changes will be publicised in the same degree as these terms and conditions.

8. Legal Disclaimer. Limitation of liability

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering the entrant forever discharges and releases Facebook form any liability, claims, limitation, responsibility for property damage resulting form or in connection with participating in the contest.
